This training site is run by Capability Solutions for KLN New Zealand. By signing in you agree to these terms.
You sign in with a link sent to your email address. There is no password, so anyone who can open your email can sign in as you. Keep your email account to yourself and use your own account for your own training.
Complete the lessons and knowledge checks yourself. A certificate of completion shows that you finished the course on the date printed on it. It is not a licence or a qualification unless the course says so.
The courses give general health and safety training. They do not replace your workplace's own procedures, site rules or instructions from your supervisor.
Some courses are valid for a set period, shown on the course page. When a course expires you can enrol again and complete the current version. Your earlier completion and certificate stay on your record.
Upload only documents you are entitled to share. They are kept with your training record and can be seen by Capability Solutions and, where your employer or a site arranged the training, by them.
The course content belongs to Capability Solutions or to the organisation it was built for. Use it for your own training. Do not copy, share or resell it.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
